foundry specializes on manufacturing of casting by lost wax method into ceramic moulds.

Its use could be found in many industrial applications – e.g. in shoemaking, food processing industry, energetic and automotive industry
or arms manufacturing industry.

The precise casting technology allows to manufacture components from materials, which are very hard to machine. The castings are high quality in every detail, for products ranging in weight from 0,001 kg to five kilograms.
Thanks to our wide range of supply, specialization to castings from austenitic steel, precise technological procedures, favorite pricing and reliable terms of delivery we realize many projects for international market. Up to 75% of all our products are exported.
They are used in Italy, Germany, France, Switzerland, Israel and many other countries.

Operation in our foundry was started more than 50 years ago. Our company SPO ZLÍN was created in 1991 and became the first privately owned foundry in the Czech Republic.
Up to now SPO ZLÍN prides with the biggest tradition of casting by melted model method.
